A year ago I used to weigh 54 kgs with a height of 5.9″. I used to be super skinny, with regular workout and a proper diet I have managed to gain considerable amount of weight that makes me fit better into my clothes. However, I’m a firm believer that fashion doesn’t depend on the type of your body, as long as you are confident and happy about your own body you are fashionable. In order to look good in the eyes of others you first have to love your own body.
Tall, short, fat, skinny is everything a mind game. Don’t let it consume you so much that you start to hate your own body. In my opinion you should be going to the gym only if you enjoy doing so. Gymming gives you a healthy lifestyle, in your busy schedule where it’s not possible to take up a sport and practice it regularly you can take up gymming. 30-45 mins of good workout in a day will keep you active. Don’t let body shaming affect you, be kind to your body, workout in the gym while you enjoy the process.
Always remember that everyone has a different personality and a style. Figure out what suits you the best and work on that. Being fat or skinny isn’t ugly it all depends on how you see yourself. Don’t let celebrities, models, influencers set a parameter for you, Instead take inspiration from the ones who spread positivity.
